How long does it take to complete a bespoke garment?

Typically, a bespoke garment takes 2-3 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. This includes fabric selection, multiple fittings, and hand-finishing. For complex designs or during busy seasons (wedding periods), it may take up to 4 weeks. We also offer rush services for an additional fee.

Do you offer same-day alterations?

Yes! We offer same-day alterations for simple adjustments like hemming, button replacements, and minor taking in/out. Please bring your garment before 12 PM for same-day service. Complex alterations typically take 3-5 business days.

What fabrics do you work with?

We work with all types of fabrics including cotton, linen, silk, wool, cashmere, velvet, lace, ankara, and traditional Nigerian fabrics like aso-oke and george. We also source specialty fabrics upon request. Our team is experienced in handling delicate and luxury materials.

Can I bring my own fabric?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own fabric. We'll assess the material and advise on the best construction methods. Please ensure you bring sufficient yardage - we can provide guidance on required amounts during consultation.

What is your payment policy?

For bespoke orders, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. Alterations are paid in full when you pick up your garment. We accept cash, bank transfers, and all major debit cards. Installment plans are available for large orders above ₦200,000.

Do you offer home service?

Yes! We offer home consultation and measurement services for premium packages and large orders (minimum ₦150,000). We also provide free delivery within Abuja for orders above ₦50,000. Delivery charges apply for areas outside our standard service zones.

What if the garment doesn't fit after completion?

We stand behind our work! If a garment doesn't fit properly, we'll make necessary alterations at no extra charge within 30 days of delivery. For bespoke pieces, lifetime alterations are included for weight fluctuations (within reasonable limits). Your satisfaction is our priority.

Do you cater to plus-size clients?

Absolutely! We specialize in creating beautiful garments for all body types. Our bespoke service ensures every piece is tailored to your exact measurements, celebrating your unique shape. We have extensive experience with plus-size fashion and understand the importance of proper fit and flattering designs.
